Twice cooked pork bento

This is a Chinese dish that is very popular in Japan, also. Here is a recipe.

I don’t cook pork twice. This is my recipe.
2 servings(prep time 5~10minutes, cooking time 5~10minutes)
midium size cabbage 1/4
bell peppers and red and orange paprikas
carrots 1/3
shimeji mashrooms a half pack
pork belly slice 250g~300g

ingredients for sauce(mix all together before cooking in a small mixing ball)
grated garlic 2tablespoon
grated ginger 1teaspoon
sake or white wine 2tablespoon
tianmianjiang(sweet wheaten bean paste) or miso 2tablespoon
doubanjiang(chili bean paste) or round sliced red pepper 1tablespoon
soy sauce 2tablespoon
sugar 1tablespoon
water 1tablespoon

add these before serving
sesami oil
1tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2tablespoon water

microwave the vegetables for 30~2minutes(it depends on the power of the microwave)

cook pork until brown

Add microwaved vegetables into a wok.  Don't cook vegetables too long.  Water will come out from vegetables if you cook it for a long time.  That's why I microwaved the vegetables.

Sprinkle salt&pepper and add sauce. some sesami oil&1tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2tablespoon water at last
