I made my most favorite Chinese dish, prawn in chilli sauce, last night.
Here’s the recipe written in English.
ingredients:peeled and divined prawn(coated with batter made from corn starch, oil, and the white), finely chopped onion and green onion(but I didn’t ’cause I was lazy), seasonings for sauce(chili sauce, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and sake), grated ginger&garlic, and sesame oil
deep-fry the prawns for 10~15seconds at 130degree Celsius
drain the oil well
saute ginger and garlic with some oil and add onion
add sauce&green onion and thicken it
Add prawns and sesame oil at last.
