nikujaga bento(simmered potato)

I try having a variety of vegetables,especially brightly colored vegetables, in a meal since I’m still in dieting. I made simmered pumpkin and simmered potato last night.

一応、ダイエット中なので、なるべく野菜を多くとってる。 昨日は、かぼちゃの煮つけ、
肉じゃがを作った。 嫁主導の味付けなので、ちょっと甘め。

肉じゃがは、面倒くさいので、ニンジンだけ圧力鍋で調理。 肉、玉ねぎ、湯どうしした
しらたきを炒めて、鍋に調味料入れる。 じゃがいもとインゲンは、業務スーパーの
冷凍野菜。 業務スーパーの冷凍ポテトは、結構使い勝手がいいので、おすすめ。
